Cerritos Towne Center Office Building

The Cerritos Office Building presented an interesting coordination challenge. To resolve this, ESC developed a 3D AutoCAD model at the intersection of the curved panel wall and the sloped glazing system. The use of this model allowed all parts to be prefabricated from guaranteed dimensions. The result was a seamless transition between the materials,
with no impact on the construction schedule.
