Landmark Condominiums

The 34-story Landmark Tower in West LA project features 40,000sf of Swisspearl Carat Onyx installed in a prefabricated exposed fastened system. A major design feature of the tower is the vertical, prefabricated fiber cement elements supplied by Swisspearl and Elward Systems. The curved corner panels were customized from Swisspearl’s Largo panel format, cast in custom molds, and then cut and drilled specific to the required sizes of the project, making it the first project in North America using Swisspearl in this manner.
