EVOLV Fiber Cement
EVOLV’s Fiber Cement panels are manufactured by Swisspearl®, the world’s architectural-grade fiber cement leader. Swisspearl offers an expansive range of high-performance exterior facade products, from highly durable, integrally colored cement material to authentic, patina-inspired products. With EVOLV Fiber Cement, designers have access to boundless diversity and long-lasting sustainability with these natural, noncombustible rainscreen panels.
EVOLV HPL
EVOLV HPL offers a wide range of creative opportunities with high-pressure laminate exterior panels that have been rigorously tested and proven to meet the NFPA-285 performance standards. Explore a vast selection of designs, featuring unique patterns, rhythms, and depths, as well as an extensive array of vibrant and long-lasting colors. The entire collection is highly weather-resistant and color-stable, so sun and rain will have no significant effect on a panel’s surface.
EVOLV Metal Plate
EVOLV Metal Plate panels are made from non-combustible, 100% solid aluminum plate materials and are used for wall cladding, parapets, fascia, and soffit conditions. The product is manufactured using a rout and return fabrication method and uses various system approaches including rear ventilated rainscreen, pressure equalized rainscreen, and wet sealed system design options. EVOLV Plate comes in 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm coil coated and other pre-finished options, offering an industry-leading 20-year finish warranty.
C.I. SYSTEMS
With recent updates to National Energy Codes, the need to provide rainscreen designs that support resilience and efficiency by incorporating insulation outboard of the backup wall is increasingly important. Elward has extensive experience working with continuous insulation framing systems, whether we’re supplying them or incorporating them into our designs. The C.I. bracket and framing systems offered by Elward are specially designed to seamlessly integrate with the primary sub-framing components for our Metal Plate, Fiber Cement, ACM, and HPL panel solutions.
